Commissioning of Isotherm Sealing Unit for sealing lids

In October 2013 ZAO Syntez Microelectronics with the help of engineers from US company RJR Polymers Inc. completed installation and commissioning of Isotherm Sealing Unit ITS500 for sealing lids on ceramic and plastic packages for ICs and discrete semiconductor devices. The negotiations on wide range of plastic Air Cavity packages were concluded.
