Visiting ULVAC in Japan

In September 2014 General Director Dmitry Bodnar and the specialists of ZAO Syntez Microelectronics visited company ULVAC in Japan. At the meetings and negotiations in Gotemba and Hiratsuka the technical and commercial questions relating to ion implantation and plasma etching equipment of the metal and dielectric layers for the new dies production on 200mm silicon wafers were discussed.
