Visiting the customers and suppliers in China and South Korea

The group of specialists from ZAO Syntez Microelectronics headed by General Director Dmitry Bodnar visited their customers and suppliers in China and South Korea during 24th September - 2nd October. At the meetings and negotiations the questions of development and delivery of glass-to-metal packages for LSI and RF transistors, MEMS sensors, RF transistors, TSV Interposer, LED, assembly of LSI in multi-pin PBGA packages and other items were discussed.
