Visit of General Director Dmitry Bodnar to company SPTS (Newport, UK)

In Feb 4-5th 2013 General Director Dmitry Bodnar visited company SPTS in Newport, UK. During the visit the negotiations were conducted on the topics of technical parameters and delivery of the equipment for thin film sputtering, plasma etching, chemical and plasma activated cooling from gas phase, thermal processes for fabrication of ICs, power semiconductor devices and 3D Assembly technology.
